The doctrine of Separation of Church and State has been so massively received that the author felt he could only approach the challenge of derailing the misconceptions by treating both Religion and Politics as one subject fused aback together.a In this systematic method to do so, the author was to first derail the wrong concepts that have roved the tracks for decades, then to re-rail both factions. First the author took on the overrated powers of the Supreme Court, and exposed their limitations. At the same time the author observed the tools that the Supreme Court had used for its convincing opinions. The author then took the tools (Fourteenth Amendment) away from them, showing that they too were made up of unauthorized properties. In order to re-rail the train without losing passengers, the author insists that even opposing camps must respect the evidence given in this work with the determination to accept all facts regardless of previous beliefs. As a result, the reader will prosper his/her intellectual insights with valuable truths from both the mundane and the Divine Law.
