Heroes & Villains is a Game Master's supplement for the Sword & Caravan OSR campaign setting. It features all the most important NPCs of the Silk Road in the chronological order they appear in history. Each NPC entry includes a biography, adventure cues for different points in the chronology where the PCs might find themselves involved, and statistics for the NPCs.

The book also contains special rules for playing or generating Ismaili Nazari Assassins, as well as rules for creating & using special Song Dynasty explosives in your campaign.
