Strings is a fictional story, told by two narrators, each offering vastly different persectives. First, an exhausted, aging mother with unfailing devotion to her adult son, lives in constant angst about his uncertain future. Second, a father, consumed by anger and despair and ready to deceive anyone to get what he wants.

It's an emotional ride, offering plenty of humorous moments, depicting the unexpected delights that stem from living with a person with severe autism, but also delivering shocking twists, showing just how far a person might go in order to control their legacy.
