Non fiction on a british government scandal. Corrupt/criminal activities were arranged by a high level british government official. Most took place in Britain, a few took place in Australia. In 1987 the police (british) confirmed they had forged documents. The forgery was arranged by the high level official. A prosecution should of course start. But no, a prosecution was not started and the british government imposed censorship on the situation (giving no explanation). The end of the censorship appears to be imminent. When it ends the british government will have to explain it's 1987 decision to block a prosecution and censor the affair. This book is an abridged version of "The Cathays Files 25", ninth edition, with additional details.
