This book questions the validity and reliability of conventional measures of quality education, like enrolment ratio, retention rates, pupil-teacher ratio, drop-out rates, learning outcomes of children in foundational literacy and arithmetic and availability of infrastructural facilities, henceforth demanding its re-calibration.
