The Harbor Master

When a young boy washes up on the shore of a small fishing village in Newfoundland, the harbor master takes him under his wing and helps him adjust to life in a new place. But as tensions rise between the fishermen and the wealthy newcomers who want to develop the area, the harbor master must navigate treacherous waters to protect his community and the boy he has come to love like a son.
