Dr. Cynthia Cordero is a Mom, Grandma, Chaplain and retired NYPD Detective known for her love for young people. She served as a Community Liaison and Youth Officer, developing programs for children and families in crisis. In 2008, she experienced a tragedy in her own family due to bullying which pushed her to work even harder to promote change. Oh, Mari! is a book series dedicated to the memory of her niece and will spotlight the realities of bullying and other challenges. Dr. Cee Cee, as she is affectionately known, believes they will be a pathway to hope and healing.
