Students develop their personal mindfulness practices and learn relevant, age-appropriate brain science to help self-regulate, focus attention, practice kindness, and solve conflicts peacefully. Peace of Mind fits easily into the school week with modest preparation. Ample teacher guidance is offered throughout.
Peace of Mind reflects over a decade of in-classroom development and is research-based. Lessons are scripted, detailed, easy-to-follow, and fun, and are designed to meet the needs of novice to veteran teachers.
