It is the early 1990’s and the Balkans are in turmoil. In London, the Peter Delaney Music Agency is not doing so well either. When Pete tries to solve part of his problem by renting a room to a Croatian girl from Zagreb, the two situations become linked and Pete finds himself caught up in a web of intrigue and murder.
