Confederate Fort Fisher a Roster 1864-1865

Historian Richard H. Triebe’s book, Confederate Fort Fisher, A Roster 1864-1865, contains a detailed account of both battles of Fort Fisher, North Carolina. Triebe includes twenty-two Confederate soldier’s recollections of the desperate battle. These men vividly describe their life and death struggle for Fort Fisher. The book also has a detailed roster of over two thousand of the fort’s garrison, plus several regiments of South Carolina troops, Confederate States sailors and marines.
