In 1958 a native man named Hooky discovered a secret which made his tiny unknown island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean the most valuable real-estate in the world. Sixty years later who owns it is in question, but who wants it becomes an international free-for-all, and who will actually get it in the end is unpredictable.
