This is an account in comic strip form of the first year of Depression era criminals Bonnie and Clyde’s famous crime spree. Beginning in April 1932 in Texas, it details how they came to be on the run together, the gangs they recruited, the crimes (including murders) they committed, culminating in a violent shootout in Missouri in April 1933 that left a detective and a police chief dead and the Barrow Gang poised to become nationally notorious. Artwork is black outline with grey tones. The book was researched, written and drawn by the author over a four year period.
