The author uncovers the discontent found in current organizations in the nineteenth century cultures of America, Russia, and Vienna, the ancestral social roots that continue to disrupt the foundations of lives within organizations and analyzes both the depth and breadth of the remedial actions which need to be undertaken to undo what has been evolving for 150 years.
