The subject of the book is to describe the theoretical principals for making the QA measurements and more importantly to provide practical advice on making the measurements and the results to be expected. Topics covered will be a general introduction, requirements for measuring instruments, measurements of beam quality, tube output and consistency, focal spot size, specification for performances, and light beam diaphragm. Additionally, chapters dedicated to accessory equipment not covered elsewhere but relevant to the QA of tube and generator are included.
