Nearly a month after her banishment, Raine Ylevol is still alone in the treacherous woods of Mythland valley. On a quest to find her missing companion and make it to the kingdom on the other side of the valley, Raine must survive all that the forest throws at her- whether it be genetically-altered beasts, a dangerous band of refugees, vicious storms, or the assassin sent to make it sure she won’t live to see what lies beyond the trees.
