Along her path, Aria meets several birds who offer her a symbolic gift in the form of their feather. With her newfound gifts of strength, confidence, happiness, and trust, Aria begins to feel more positive than ever. However, it is not until Aria rests and reflects on what she has gained along her journey, that she discovers her own magic within. Aria practices her newfound affirmations in the mirror every morning, I am strong! I am confident! I am happy! I am beautiful!
