Thugged out is a individual that has hit rock bottom to the point of no return. These individual are referred to as burnt stone ( burnt stones means consumed, or damaged by fire or heat, google wed). Burnt stones may not look good on the out side they are unfix able useless stones that has been shattered on the inside no one can fix them but the almighty God. Thugged out are people that can’t get any more favors from spouse, children, family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, ect… When you see these burnt stones most of them are high on drugs/alcohol, skipping school, in jail, in a gang, sleeping on the street, some of these people mindset are so mess up that they are robbing people in broad daylight. You will hear them every where talking loud, blaming everyone else for their down fall. You will fine thugged out people waiting in a dark alley ready to take their own life or someone else life with no remorse.
