You can read all the self-improvement books, listen to countless audio books and YouTube gurus and experience premonitions, spiritual amateur enlightenments, intuitions, kiteboarding, ayahuasca, Kundalini yoga, and so many clueless (at the time) practices, but if you don’t take action, it’s all a bunch of words. As luck may come into play and as the saying goes, When the student is ready, the teacher will appear, Dr. Goodman showed up in my life and guided me every Friday morning.
