In 2010, he penned the Worry Thoughts poem to help his children understand that worrying thoughts were just that - thoughts. The poem quickly became a go-to that helped the whole family, and years later, Corbett developed Worry Thoughts into a book with the mission to help children understand and overcome anxious thoughts.
We all have worry thoughts, but they shouldn’t become debilitating or prevent your children from leading full, happy lives!
