Everyone has a thing . Some of us have more things than others. Your thing could be a behavior, belief, way of being, an experience that you cannot let go of, or something else. Whatever your thing is, you must get to the root of it. You will never see new fruit until you first deal with the root.

Calling a thing a thing is simply telling the truth. It can be difficult. It may scare you. It may offend you. For these reasons we delete information, embellish and stretch the story, or we avoid the issue altogether.
