Tahirih and me, is about a twelve-year-old girl and a beautiful chestnut pony. The story tells about her struggle accepting the loss of the old family horse that she learned to ride on and later her devastation when a nasty accident means she can not ride her new mount, Tahirih, in her first one day event. Olivia, or Libby as she is usually called, is not one to give up easily and she set an alternate plan in motion. Plans how ever do not always go as intended and some big decisions must be made at the last minute. While all this is going on, Libby is exposed to the Bahai Faith. Something she didn't think she needed in her life. Her family seemed to be getting on fine without any religion, so why change that now?
