Extraterrestres en el sur de Espana propone una revision historica a la procedencia de los dioses considerados que bajaron del cielo en las primeras civilizaciones de la Humanidad, y se expandieron por todo el planeta, centrandonos en el Mediterraneo occidental con ocasion del 60 Aniversario del descubrimiento del tesoro del Carambolo (Camas, Sevilla). De esta forma, hemos pretendido realizar una investigacion mas profunda en cuanto a la influencia de deidades orientales que llegaron al sur peninsular a traves de los contactos de los fenicios, griegos o romanos, considerados procedentes de la cultura mesopotamica que concebian "extraterrestres" a sus dioses, justificando asi este titulo que suena peyorativo en los circulos academicos.
