Reindeer live near the Arctic Circle where it is very cold. They have two layers of hair that help to keep them warm. Reindeer can walk through snow and swim through large lakes to get to warmer areas in winter. People and reindeer have lived together for thousands of years ‘ but now the way we live is hurting their habitat.
