This is the fifth annual business plan for the administration of the House of Lords, setting out the services to be provided over the next three years. It describes how the administration will: provide cost-effective and responsive services for the House, its Committees and Members; and develop initiatives to improve those services and meet new challenges. The business plan is based on the 5-year strategic plan, agreed by the House Committee in May 2005.
