Following the events at the Dragon’s Gate, Bren has met back up with his father and Mr. Black, and, along with a mysterious new companion, they have begun a perilous journey toward the Arctic Ocean. They are in search of answers to the questions that plagued them since their adventures in China, and this search will take them into the unexplored majesty of the North Pole, where Bren will finally unravel the mystery of his mother’s past once and for all.
