After its release on Thursday last week, Ottolenghi’s new cookbook has jumped straight to the top of our bestsellers list. Nopi: The Cookbook is written with his long-time collaborator (and head chef of the Nopi restaurant) Ramael Scully, who brings a distinctive Asian twist to the Ottolenghi kitchen.
You can find a recipe from the cookbook here – for Courgette and manouri fritters, yum!
Other new releases on our bestsellers list include a practical and philosophical handbook on how to survive and live with climate change (The Handbook), Jonathan Franzen’s new novel (Purity) and a thriller from David Lagercrantz that continues Stieg Larsson’s Millennium trilogy (The Girl in the Spider’s Web).
