Diary of a Cranky Old Feminist

I am an old woman now.My advanced degrees and professional accolades reside in dusty obscurity on my office walls. My years of academic and government experience are viewed as quaint and archaic.

No one seeks my advice and expertise.

Much to my dismay, age has made me a has-been, a dinosaur, a fogey.

And so I write.

I write to immortalize my beloved dogs, who have made my life whole.

I write to remember the past, because it has made me who I am.

And when I am cranky, I write to defend my passions: feminism, equality, the environment.Much of what I write is about "me." But perhaps as you read this book, you will find that it is about "you" as well.
