The Accidental Bakery began at El Pacifico Hotel in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, and ended up in Beaufort, NC -- and the whole thing was totally an accident! Delivering 5* bakes to hotel guests and then to lines of people at the Crystal Coast, self-taught baker Jennings used creativity and a natural knack for balancing and delivering flavors to keep her customers coming back.
