Everyone has experienced some kind of trauma at one time or another in their life. I unfortunately have had one after the other.. The hand i was dealt was far from fair to me but sharing my story . my trauma helps me to help others who maybe going through some of the same things and need a little guidance or reassurance or even just to know that they arent alone.
