In present study thirty-four hypotheses were tested. The main finding of the study is that family relationship and academic climate significantly affects on emotional intelligence of adolescents. The teachers, parents, educational administrators, school counsellors and society should work cooperatively to develop a desirable emotional intelligence in adolescents, so these adolescents give their best to the society.
