This first report examines the movement of waste - both legal and illegal - between the European Union and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) region from a global perspective, uncovering emerging patterns and their characteristics while highlighting the considerable progress made by countries in Southeast Asia to tackle waste trafficking and facilitate legal trade.
