The components of the station were studied, the data regarding breakdowns was collected. Operation reports, and times of stopping were taken during the year (2017-2021). The problems that cause the breakdowns are classified into internal and external problems and are tabled and converted into diagrams. From the analysis, it was found that the internal problems represents (73.7%) of the total problems. (58.1%) of the internal problems is found in fueling system, cooling systems, besides other main problems that range between weakness of preventive maintenance, operational errors and inappropriate work environment. The study recommends to tackle the problems through the following procedures: - Using clean tanker provided with pumping machine for fueling and pumping fuels instead of the recent used method.- The necessity to conduct continuous physical test when the station is in service and upon stoppage as well. - The necessity to use coolant water and lubricant oil that are recommended by the manufacturer.
