Volume 3 selected works by Viacheslav. Sun. Ivanova includes works devoted to general, comparative and statistical study of literature, as well as specific issues of the study of literature of the ancient East and West European literature of modern times (especially in its relation to the Russian). In studies in comparative literature cycle includes the reconstruction of the entire literature as a collection of texts, and a main text, the history of individual genres (e.g., discussions or disputes) and stylistic devices (particularly kennings).
