Durante los ultimos anos en Mexico han surgido varios cambios en el ambito legal, en el ano 2008 se lleva a cabo la reforma constitucional modificando con eso el sistema de enjuiciamiento penal pasando de ser inquisitivo mixto a acusatorio adversarial, trayendo con esto un notorio cambio, modificacion y reestructuracion a la aplicacion de justicia respaldando y sustentandose con esto el gran peso que obtuvo el respeto de los derechos humanos en toda la esfera terrestre, asi mismo ante esta reforma constitucional no solo cambio el sistema de enjuiciamiento penal de pasar de ser escrito paso a ser oral con sus modificaciones. En el presente libro se detallan los sistemas de enjuiciamiento que han existido, al igual que los medios alternativos de solucion de conflicto que han surgido del sistema alternativo de conflicto.
