Neither a newsletter nor an electoral polemic, it has been a wide-ranging perspective on public policy, political philosophy, books, social issues, and American cultural issues consistent with the theme advanced by Richard Weaver that ideas have consequences. Now, as it reaches the milestone of its 20th year, the time has come to take stock of this project.
