High school girl Rinka Urushiba wakes up to find out she has attained extra-sensory powers, and eventually comes to use them against other ESPers who have begun to wage havoc on Tokyo. Tokyo ESP is a fast-paced sci-fi action series featuring well-drawn action and surreal comedy scenes. Featuring a youthful cast, the series is reminiscent of both X-Men and Fairy Tail (Marvel / Kodansha; both series also available from Turnaround).
