When a producer realises that encouraging the people of Zerkovkia to compose music is the key to bringing about radical change, Tolya, a pair of brilliant guitarists, and a drummer without a band soon come together. The events that follow involve a lot of love, revolution, and rock & roll, and they are the stuff of mythology.
