List of wounded and missing British, Australian, Canadian, S African personnel in all theatres of war about whom enquiries have been made; It also contains enquiries for details of death and burial of all those listed as killed. The names are grouped into corps/regiments and in the case of infantry there is, wherever available, information as to which battalion, company and platoon the casualty belonged to. There is similarly unit identification for Corps and Services, such as brigade and battery for Royal Artillery, field company for Royal Engineers. Regiments and Corps are listed alphabetically and there is an index for them.The original of this facsimile reprint is held by the Department of Printed Books, The Imperial War Museum.
