It looks at the social, economic history of the area, particularly the impact of the railway and the growth of tourism on the seaside Bray. It also covers the history of the Powerscourt estate, the home of the Wingfield family and, the Killruddery estate of the Earls of Meath as well as recording the influence of Bray and Enniskerry’s many famous sons and daughters, including Terry Wogan, James Joyce, Katie Taylor and Cearbhall O'Dalaigh.
