AUTHOR: James Carter is an award-winning children's poet and non-fiction writer. A former lecturer in Creative Writing/Children's Literature at The University of Reading in the last twenty years he has visited some 1500 schools, many libraries in England and Wales and performed at many key literary festivals including Hay, Edinburgh and Cheltenham.
