TED OWENS: (1920-1987) was born in Indiana, the USA in February 1920. He had a high I.Q. and was a member of Mensa, a well-known organization of individuals with high mental test scores. He claimed to have macro-psychokinetic (PK) powers such as controlling the weather on a large scale, directing lightning strikes, and to cause or predict accidents. He claimed to be in close contact with Space Intelligences who were the cause of these events.
