Necessary Confinement

Necessary Confinement is a very unique book. Necessary Confinement is all about lessons learned and strategies I used to overcome and survive obstacles most of us experience through life. Through these lessons I learned that having a safe space in your mind to clearly think and eliminate the noise of this world is as necessary as the air we breathe. In Necessary Confinement I will share with you the different techniques and strategies I used to confine and refine myself by shutting out the noise.
