Este autor vio la necesidad y la falta de un libro escrito en espanol donde abordamos las formas especificas de violencia y los diferentes lideres religiosos que carecen de la formacion y comprension necesarias de como navegar por los sistemas que estas victimas encuentran cuando se enfrentan a un perpetrador de abusos. Sin embargo, me gustaria mencionar que las diferentes formas de violencia perpetradas contra las mujeres son mucho mas amplias que las mencionadas en este libro. Los lectores de este libro son aquellos que quieren saber sobre las diversas formas de violencia contra las mujeres y lo que se puede hacer para erradicar esa violencia. Tambien es una forma de proporcionar informacion sobre lo que es saludable y lo que es destructivo cuando se trata del mejor enfoque en la evaluacion y el abordaje de las necesidades de la victima.

This author saw the need and the lack of a book written in Spanish where we addressed the specific forms of violence and the different religious leaders who lack the necessary training and understanding of how to navigate the systems that these victims encounter when faced with a perpetrator of abuse. However, I would like to mention that the different forms of violence perpetrated against women are much broader than those mentioned in this book. The readers of this book are those who want to know about the various forms of violence against women and what can be done to eradicate such violence. It is also a way of providing insight as to what is healthy and what is destructive when it comes to the best approach in evaluating and addressing the victim’s needs.
