The 5th and final book in the Dreamcatcher series finds the residents of Balfour once again caught up in mystery. A painful past has come back to haunt Cora and Charlie in the form of infamous Professor Ed Brackett-and he's planned a Halloween gambit that will leave the peaceful community forever changed. About the Author

KC Pearcey has spent much of her life traveling from state to state, but home for her has always been her grandmother's house down a dusty road, in a small country town deep in the South.

There the magnolias, pines, and scrub oaks dotted the rolling landscape while a front porch pair of rocking chairs and a wooden porch swing had the best view of the known universe.

Dreams are often born from memories, and the dream of writing a novel was born on that front porch with the kindest, most intelligent person she ever knew over a cup of coffee in the predawn hours of an autumn morning.

The house is no longer there, but five years and five books later, the dream has become reality and the time has come to move along to other places.
