Three greedy kings rule over many lands. One evening they are approached by an enchantress who tells them of one land they do not have reign over. She warns them that they will be unable to rule that land without her help. And so, after striking a deal with the enchantress, she grants the kings something special- the joy of the people of Ebres. The kings lock up Joy, and conquer Ebres easily, but there’s a problem.
Without joy, and having been oppressed by the three kings, the people of Ebres have become beasts. And they want to take over the land as their own. The only way to stop them is to restore joy. But is that possible?
