Jade’s Journey: The New Normal

On the first day of school, Jade encounters a bully. Quickly, she’s reminded Memphis, Tennessee, is her former home and has to navigate school in New York City. She takes a peek into the melting pot of beautiful nationalities in a single day, and their experiences create unique bonds and recognize how amazingly different everyone is. To her surprise, she becomes a beacon of light to a new friend while discovering her strength and courage. Jade seeks new meaningful lessons and tries to make new connections while shifting her perspective to create a new normal.
