This led me to want for learning a little more and innovate a little in the kitchen with my engineering mind to, above all, facilitate kitchen trades for those of us who are not very knowledgeable or experts in these tasks. I intend that the recipes that I register here are easy and practical to prepare without complicated or difficult ingredients.
