For years, the church has been a place where one can seek guidance and advice on several topics. In most communities, the church is and has always been the beacon of hope. Over the years many have concluded that "the preacher would know what to do". So, the preacher has been the counselor for those seeking to purchase property, needing financial advice, legal advice, those wishing to solve family problems, etc. Believe it or not, this practice is not far from what the scripture lays out in Malachi. According to Malachi 2:7, the preacher is a treasure chest of knowledge, being the Lord's mouthpiece and all. One thing we have not sought guidance on is our health, as it pertains to what we eat. Oh yes, we have asked the pastor to pray for us to be healed, and even sought advice on prescriptions. But what if the Man of God has a revelation about eating that would eliminate the need for such things. Before the Coronavirus Pandemic arose, the Lord began to deal with me about my eating habits. I even wrote about it in my book 144,000. I really dove into the eating habits of the black community and the effects it has on our overall health. The more God dealt with me on the subject the more I studied. Throughout the progression of this pandemic, and as the world became more frantic and chaotic, the Lord impressed upon my heart to write this book. I have spent countless hours in prayer and studying for this book. I not only want us to get well but to be well. I implore every reader of this book to earnestly take these words to heart and apply them to your daily lives.
