Many of the men who played club lacrosse at Notre Dame from its inception in 1964 through the transition to varsity in 1981 went on to serve in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard, many of them during the years of Vietnam. Some went on to serve in the US Public Health Service and the Peace Corps. Many made a career of the US Military, rising to the highest ranks. These men tell their own stories, how they came to Notre Dame, their Service experience and life after.
