In 23 years as a beauty consultant, image enhancement technician, entrepreneur and owner of Eleth Beauty Palace, word of mouth has been my sole form of marketing so I have been able to build my business on the customer service principles in this book to create a satisfied, excited, enthusiastic, loyal client base.
